I like traveling and I very much enjoy going on holidays to countries overseas. While traveling abroad, one gets the opportunity to see and learn about different cultures and traditions. I have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to travel to different parts of the world, and one region I had always found very fascinating was Southeast Asia.
There are many beautiful and interesting places for visitors and holiday-makers like me to see in each country in the region. One of the countries there to which I have had the fortune to visit a few times, and had found so interesting and so enjoyable was Thailand. Bangkok, the Capital of Thailand, is certainly one of the most beautiful cities in the region. The downtown core of the City is certainly very active and busy throughout the day. Many major companies in different business sectors have their offices in the downtown business core.

There are many places of attraction for visitors and tourists. One place which is highly revered in the Buddhist world is “Emerald Buddha”. This is a statue of Lord Buddha sacredly placed on an elevated throne-like seat in a beautifully designed and constructed building. One can also see the unique traditional Thai architectural shape and pattern of the building. One can see so many worshippers and visitors there each and every day.
Visitors should not miss the opportunity to see the shopping centers and markets in the City of Bangkok selling Thai traditional products and handicrafts. There are a number of huge shopping malls in the city, and traditional night markets in different areas of the city. I found it very enjoyable to walk along the busy evening markets in the downtown core. There are hundreds of shops selling Thai products at very reasonable prices. Tourists always find Thai silk products really beautiful and attractive, and would buy different products for themselves and as gifts for their friends back home.

It is very easy to move around in the City by the sky train, train running along alleviated rail-lines. The trains are very fast and very punctual. Since it started operating, the sky train had become a very popular way of traveling to different parts of the city. If one has the time, one would find it very pleasant and relaxing to go down to Pattaya Beach. This is one of the attractions for tourists and holiday-makers. Pattaya Beach is about two hours drive southeast of Bangkok, on the Gulf of Thailand. It is really a very scenic and refreshing beach with a stunning view of the Gulf of Thailand.

There are many hotels and guest houses along the beach for tourists and holiday makers. There are a number of beautiful sea beaches like Pattaya Beach and wonderful islands in the southern part of the country where many holiday-makers go to. One of the famous places is Huahin, about half-day drive from Bangkok.
I found it always so interesting and impressive every time I visited Thailand. There are many places to see in the south and in the north too. Well-experienced tour companies can certainly take tourists to all the beautiful places of attraction.

Seeing Hundred Island located in Pangasinan will surely amaze your eyes. Almost 124 islands in number and covering almost 4,557 acres. One of the islands feature a cave that is only accessible during low-tide, contain defined formations of stalactites and stalagmites. Many people from the country believed that the island over existed 2 millions years. There are only 3 islands developed for tourist spots.
Traveling the Philippines will surely one of the best experience you can bring home. I highly recommend the country as I myself experienced the beautiful and unforgettable experience that will always be in my heart. A total priceless experience will be the great words that I can describe the Philippines.
